I use castor oil for many purposes, skin , I use it for lymphatic functions and use it if I have a stomach ache I rub oil on and a few minutes later pain has gone away, You can use as a moisturizer for your face neck and body, good for arthritis areas , knees, fingers etc . Very happy with this product.
