How to Use

Prepare Wraps: Wash and dry the wraps thoroughly before use.
Apply Castor Oil: Apply up to 1 tablespoon of castor oil in the center of the wrap, avoiding the edges. Wait 10-15 mins for the oil to soak in, or use the back of a spoon to smooth the oil in.
Secure in Place: Place the wrap onto the desired area on your body, adjusting the straps/Velcro for a snug fit with the white side on your bare skin.
Activate Heat: Your body heat will warm the oil, or use a heat pack to maintain warmth.
Relax and Absorb: Relax for 30 mins to 1 hour for optimal oil absorption.
Remove and Wipe: Remove the wrap and wipe off any excess oil.
