I have noticed I sleep I sleep a lot deeper now. I feel like I feel a lot calmer as well. The the ring is comfortable to to wear on your finger and it's also beautiful to look at.
I’ve used castor oil for 20 years so I was going to love it. The roller is great, it’s way less messy, goes on really well then I just massage it into my arms and legs. It doesn’t leave you feeling sticky, it leaves the skin feeling plump. The addition of the essential oil is lovely and has added benefits.
