I use my A Bettet Black Seed Oil twice daily on my face either alone or mixed with the Rosehip Oil. It's a lovely Oil which deeply nourishes and moisturises my face. I also put it on my husband's face to help calm and heal his rosacea. It calms the soreness and redness while keeping moisture in his skin. Our skin glows and looks so healthy. Love this product.
