1. Prepare Wraps: Wash and dry the wraps thoroughly before use.
2. Apply Castor Oil: Apply up to 1 tablespoon of castor oil in the center of the wrap, avoiding the edges.  Wait 10-15 mins for the oil to soak in, or use the back of a spoon to smooth the oil in.
3. Secure in Place: Place the wrap onto the desired area on your body, adjusting the straps/Velcro for a snug fit with the white side on your bare skin.
4. Activate Heat: Your body heat will warm the oil, or use a heat pack to maintain warmth.
5. Relax and Absorb: Relax for 30 mins to 1 hour for optimal oil absorption.
6. Remove and Wipe: Remove the wrap and wipe off any excess oil.

• Use daily, 4-5 times per week for a few weeks at a time for maximum benefits.
• Wash after each use. Pre-soak with baking soda and/or borax. Then hand wash or wash separately.
• If using frequently, you can wash the wrap after a few uses, watch the oil doesn’t build up too much inside to avoid leakages and store it in a cool, dark place in a sealed bag or glass container.
• If wearing it overnight in bed it’s best to have a towel down in case the wrap moves around.
