1. Processing Time: Orders placed before 12pm AEST will typically be dispatched on the same working day. During busy periods, processing may take 2-3 business days. We will notify you via email if there is an unexpected delay.
2. Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $120. Otherwise, flat-rate shipping for $9.95 Australia-wide. Other shipping options are available for Express and International.
3. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within Australia, UK, Ireland, the USA, and New Zealand. If you are located outside of this area and would like to place an order, please contact us for special arrangements.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Time Estimates: The estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping within Australia - 2 - 8 business days
- Express Shipping within Australia - 1 to 4 business days
- Express International Shipping: 2 to 10 business days

7. Lost or Stolen Packages: A Better is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
8. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
