It's a great way to start using castor oil packs. The heat pack works better than previous grain heat packs I have used. The castor oil is light and easy to spread, unless other oils I have used which have been heavy and sticky.

This wrap is easy to put on and have been pleased it is comfortable will keep using till I have improvement in my health.

Have been using every night, heat bag is great but i find it doesnt retain heat, I reheat throughout the night when i wake up...otherwise i think the product is a worthwhile purchase
