If you're in a Regional area, aim to place your order a few days earlier than the cut-off dates to ensure it arrives on time.

They are great. I use them every 2nd night.

The waps for the knees are too small to secure round the knees. It would be good if could offer sizes for S, M or L or measurement to be added. Love the inserts but I cut them into 3 pieces to place on small areas on back and knees. Thank you for these products. If you have larger wrap sizes especially for abdomen, I would get them for my brother

I haven't yet starting to use these wraps. I thought there would be a sleeve into which I would insert the cotton pads with castor oil on, so somewhat disappointed. However I will work something out. They were delivered I'm a timely manner, well presented with drawstring bag and plastic zipper bag to store them and well made. Pleased to support an Australian small business with organic cotton.

Love these pads they are super softcand perfect to go inside the oil wraps.

No need to wash the insert after each use - just a touch more oil and keep using till you feel you need to wash it.
