Our heat packs have been designed to fit inside the zip pocket of our Castor Oil waist wrap.

Heating Instructions:

Oven Heating:

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Once the oven reaches temperature, turn it off.
Place the heat pack on a baking tray and allow it to warm in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from the oven with a tea towel.

Microwave Heating:

Place the heat pack in the microwave and heat for 60 seconds.
Carefully remove from the microwave with a tea towel and shake to distribute the heat evenly.
If additional heat is needed, microwave in 20-second intervals to achieve the desired temperature.

So easy to use, keeps me warm where I need it with the castor oil and wraps

Absolutely love having the heat pack - it really delivers the warmth that helps the oil penetrate the skin. I use it on my tummy in the waist wrap and find it quite comforting actually going to sleep with it on.

Such a great little heat pack. Love that it fits into the castor oil band so well - was the greatest help with my recent period. The heat lasts a long time and doesn’t leave a strong smell when heated. Would buy again!
