How to use a wrap

Your Castor Oil Wrap Ritual

Pour a tablespoon of oil on your wrap or cotton pad. Use the back of a spoon to smooth in the oil.

Apply the oily side directly onto your skin over the desired area, and secure in place.

Add a heat pack on top for extra comfort. Rest for 30 min-1 hour. Can be used overnight once your body is ready.
