1. Prepare Wraps: Wash and dry the wraps and cotton inserts before use.
2. Apply Castor Oil: Pour the Castor Oil onto the Cotton Insert and place it onto your skin.
3. Secure in Place: Place the wrap over the pad and secure in position, adjusting the straps for a snug fit.
4. Activate Heat: Use a heat pack in the zipper pocket of the waist wrap.
5. Relax and Absorb: Relax for 30 mins to 1 hour for optimal oil absorption.
6. Remove and Wipe: Remove the wrap and wipe off any excess oil.

Lupin heat packs have a long lifespan, as they won’t sweat when heated or develop a burnt smell over time. It can be heated in the microwave or oven, heating instructions included.

Castor oil is rich in Ricinoleic acid. The high concentration of this fatty acid is what makes Castor Oil unique and contributes to many of the oil’s healing properties.

Ricinoleic acid is known to help reduce inflammatory responses by penetrating the skin, and activating the EP3 receptors in the body. These receptors are part of the prostaglandin E3 pathway, which plays a role in inflammation regulation.

Ricinoleic acid has vasodilatory effects in the affected areas where it penetrates the skin, meaning it can widen blood vessels.
